The Intersection

How random is human life? How much control do we have over the outcome of our lives – is the final product merely a summation of thousands of individual decisions, or do we each follow an outlined and destined path? In this short novella, I attempt to grapple with these questions through the means of fiction. The randomness of life is explored through a case study of an individual character. It is a tale that endeavors to contend with unanswered questions, and ultimately how a single insignificant moment can have drastic implications.
